Aromatic, fresh and powerful, each bottle of Roussanne consists of 100% choice grapes sourced directly from the variety originally cultivated in the Rhône Valley in France. Fresh citrus fruits, ripe tropical fruits and, very often, a trace of nuts – each sip of the wine’s untamed expressions are a celebration to your taste buds. It’s no surprise that our Sauvignon Blanc is ranked as one of Israel’s best: The long-standing vineyards of Kfar Tavor create a crisp wine with a complex, temperamental and singular personality, offering an intriguing captivating dissonance between rich tropical fruits and fresh traces of citrus. Tabor Adama Sauvignon Blanc is ideal with fish, cheeses and baked goods.

A rich, creamy texture, and pleasantly refined character – this is our Chardonnay. In a special tribute to the village of Chardonnay in France, the winery’s vineyards located in the northern parts of the Golan Heights produce a local, golden, much loved and full-bodied expression of this classic, that partially undergoes an abbreviated aging period in French oak barrels. Tabor Adama Chardonnay is ideal with ripe cheeses, risotto or pasta dishes.

A well spiced, concentrated and mature Cabernet Sauvignon, with a medium body and strong character, resulting from 12 months of aging in oak barrels. A perfect partner at the end of the day, Tabor Adama Cabernet Sauvignon is also ideal with rich, strongly flavored dishes.

Our Merlot is, very likely, the perfect gift in the world: A singular variety, soft and succulent, wrapped in deep and powerful flavors. The wine is aged for 12 months in wooden oak barrels, and lovingly serves up an experience that is, at once, elaborate and rich, reserved and generous. Tabor Adama Merlot is ideal alongside a wide range of dishes, whether your serving pizza or a steak dinner.
