A rich, creamy texture, and pleasantly refined character – this is our Chardonnay. In a special tribute to the village of Chardonnay in France, the winery’s vineyards located in the northern parts of the Golan Heights produce a local, golden, much loved and full-bodied expression of this classic, that partially undergoes an abbreviated aging period in French oak barrels. Tabor Adama Chardonnay is ideal with ripe cheeses, risotto or pasta dishes.

Our Merlot is, very likely, the perfect gift in the world: A singular variety, soft and succulent, wrapped in deep and powerful flavors. The wine is aged for 12 months in wooden oak barrels, and lovingly serves up an experience that is, at once, elaborate and rich, reserved and generous. Tabor Adama Merlot is ideal alongside a wide range of dishes, whether your serving pizza or a steak dinner.
