Sparkling Wine
The sparkling wines are made from Muscat Canley grapes that were harvested in the early morning from the vineyards in the Galilee. The cold fermentation ensures a gentle bubble texture, flowery aromas and refined traces of fruit, ardently apparent in every sip. These are delicate and sweet aromatic wines, to be enjoyed before a meal, as an aperitif, or with a dessert.

Pninim is a wine with a gentle bubble that is created naturally in fermentation. The wine is produced from Muscat Canelli grapes from the selected vineyard of Tabor Winery. This is a fresh, sharp and very aromatic wine with pleasant fruit flavors of pear, peach and a honey finish. Perfect as an opening drink for a meal or as a pleasant aperitif. Goes great with desserts based on cream and fresh fruits. Served chilled!

The pinker sibling of the winery’s well-known and beloved Moscato, is a sweet, light wine, with a delicate and natural fermentation. This wine is made from Muscat Canelli grapes, harvested in the early morning from the vineyards of the Galilee. Best served at the start of the meal to stimulate appetite and mood, and at the end along with cream. and fruit desserts. Served chilled!

The must undergoes a particularly cold fermentation process in dedicated pressure vessels, to maintain its natural effervescence. Delicate and sweet aromatic Moscato is suitable as an aperitif, for dessert, and as the perfect companion for a wide variety of events. Best served cool.
