Tabor Series Cabernet Sauvignon is made from the crop of our premier vineyard and is rich with flavors of black plums, chocolate and spices. This Cabernet Sauvignon ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, creating a lush, pleasing and captivating experience that is well suited for special events, as well as enjoying a relaxing drink at the end of the day.
Tabor Series Merlot grapes are carefully picked from the winery’s vineyards in the Upper Galilee. A line that has aged 12 months in oak barrels, the Tabor Series Merlot offers an aroma of dark berries with a touch of mint, a medium body, many tannins and a long finish.
Tabor Series Chardonnay is harvested from the winery’s top vineyards. A perfect balance is achieved by aging 1/5 of the wine in wooden barrels, and the rest in stainless steel vats, leading to a delightful clash between fresh feelings, complexity and body. The wine has an aroma of apples, pears and lemon rind, and features a medium body with a rich finish.
